Hey there! Let me tell you the story of how it all began - with a simple loaf of white bread.

 

Back in 2014, we started as Hardy's Log Cabin Farm, a part-time, home-based bakery. But as time went on, something wonderful happened - we teamed up with the iconic Village Inn. And after a 2-year stop at 31 Willow St, we've now reached a milestone - introducing Hardy's Bakery & Cafe, a stand-alone bakery right in the heart of the Village of Massena at 116 N Main St.

 

You know what sets us apart? It's our commitment to using only the absolute best ingredients to make our scratch-made baked goods. From those famous cinnamon rolls to custom cakes and desserts, breads and bagels, cookies and pastries - we put our heart and soul into everything we create. Treats that not only look stunning but taste even better!

 

We believe in quality and luxury. As Julia Child once said, "Life itself is the proper binge," and we're here to make your life a little sweeter, one delicious bite at a time.
